The current deteriorated state of facilities at the Maarouf Saad Kindergarten in Saida endangers children’s hygiene. Most affected areas at the kindergarten are the kitchen and restrooms. The funded project allows for the renovation of the kitchen where children have their food and beverages stored. Also, the restoration of the toilets ensures children’s access to new and useable facilities. Furthermore, the rehabilitation of the playground at the school creates a safe area where children can play.
