Live Lebanon launched call for proposals in 2017.

To be eligible, applicants had to belong to one of the following categories:

• Civil society organizations (non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations and community based organizations)
• Municipalities or union of municipalities
• Productive cooperatives (i.e. Farmers and agro-food processing cooperatives)
